When not in the office or the field, Angelo finds time to be on the Executive Board of Mid Island Little League. He also coaches for Moore Catholic High School baseball. He also volunteers as a football coach for Susan E. Wagner High School. Angelo and his wife Victoria have two awesome offspring— Little Angelo and Jenna. He also owns thoroughbred race horses in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. His strong work ethic and amiable customer service have been instrumental in our success.

Angelica is our Job File Coordinator at Forest Hills / Ridgewood and helps keep our office organized, contributing in many ways. When not on the job, she spends time with her family, living in Brooklyn.
Navendranauth Avi Persaud
Project Manager Avi has been at SERVPRO of Forest Hills / Ridgewood since 2020 and has more than four years of experience in the restoration industry. He is OSHA and Mold Remediation certified. Avi has extensive fire and smoke damage, water damage, and mold abatement training. He has seven years of construction background, which greatly facilitates his talent for completing assignments. In his spare time, Avi enjoys playing basketball, volleyball, and cricket.
Graciela Canelo
Graciela is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Forest Hills / Ridgewood. Her experience dates from 2013; she has been a member of our team since 2017. She has LMS training in water damage and fire and smoke damage restoration that compliments her general construction, painting, and flooring expertise. Graciela volunteers at The Children's Cancer Foundation and lives in Flushing, NY, with her spouse of ten years, Giovanna, and her two kids.
Katieanne Burke
Katieanne is an Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO Forest Hills / Ridgewood. She is our team's newest member, joining this year, 2022. We are delighted to have her on our office staff. Katieanne resides in Brooklyn and loves spending time with her friends and family.
Ravendra Amit Persaud
Amit has been a Crew Chief and Lead Rebuilder at SERVPRO of Forest Hills / Ridgewood since 2017. He is certified by NY State as a Mold Abatement Supervisor. He also is IICRC certified in water damage restoration (WRT), fire and smoke (FSRT), odor control (OCT), and ASD applied structural drying. Amit's experience in construction is valuable in our build-back services, having over 24 years of hands-on expertise. He is involved with the UMA--United Madrassi Association. This non-profit organization endeavors to aid the community's less fortunate. He volunteers at homeless shelters. Amit resides in Queens, is a cricket club member, and enjoys spending time with his family, sports, riding his bike and swimming.
Shane Cameron
Production Manager Shane has been at SERVPRO of Forest Hills / Ridgewood since 2016. He is IICRC certified and has earned an Associate's Degree in Construction Technology. He is an experienced mason and designing Large Landscapes. Shane’s construction background makes him a valued team leader. He lives in Bushwick, Brooklyn coming from Bloomfield, NY, and is a volunteer firefighter. He donates blood on a regular basis, and when not working, Shane likes hunting, fishing, hiking, and working on cars when not in the field.
Mark Redlefsen
Mark has been our Commercial Marketing Representative at SERVPRO of Forest Hills / Ridgewood since 2021. His sales experience spans from roofing to restoration. His goal is to expand our presence in the commercial side of our business and develop enduring industrial contacts. Mark is a Queens Chamber of Commerce member and interfaces and exchanges sales opportunities with like-minded professionals. Mark volunteers with the IPALI, including the 24th Annual Charity Event. He resides in Astoria, Queens, with his lovely wife, Matilda. They enjoy sharing concerts, podcasting, traveling, and socializing.
Cesar Chai
Project Manager Cesar has been at SERVPRO of Forest Hills / Ridgewood since 2021. He has an additional three years of restoration experience. Cesar is WRT water damaged certified by the IICRC and works hard at his craft. Cesar resides in Brooklyn and, when not at work, enjoys socializing with friends and family.
Malcolm Griffith
Malcolm joined our SERVPRO of Forest Hills / Ridgewood team as a Production Technician in 2022. He has five years of plumbing and construction experience and a drive to succeed. He is OSHA 30 certified and our in-house LMS Water 100 instructions. Malcolm was in the JROTC program and contributes his time and energy in community activities like bake sales and various fundraisers. Malcolm works on drives for donations to local Catholic charities in the Flatbush area of Brooklyn, where he resides. Malcolm enjoys playing a good game of chess, adventures, and swimming.
Zaird Caicedo
Zaird has been a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Forest Hills / Ridgewood since mid-2022. He came East from California, bringing many years of restoration and demolition experience from a local company. Zaird has worked hard to quickly become certified in LMS, in-house training, Water 100, Water 200, Fire 100, and Fire 200. When not on the job, he enjoys playing basketball and skinny dipping.
