Burn Off Thanksgiving Dinner in Queens

While you burn off the extra calories you gobbled up, SERVPRO is ready to race over to restore your home after a fire has left it burnt.

Participate in Queens’ Inaugural Flushing Meadows Turkey Trot 5K 

Burn off some of those excess Thanksgiving calories and recharge your batteries after stressful Black Friday bargain hunting at the first annual Flushing Meadows Turkey Trot 5K. The event is being sponsored by the Never Stop Running Foundation and takes place on Saturday, November 28th, at the Flushing Meadows-Corona Park in Queens. The following are some useful things to remember when planning for the activity:

It has five different start times: 8:00 AM; 8:30 AM; 9:00 AM; 9:30 AM; and 10:00 AM.

Each of the five waves is capped at only fifty trotters, for a total of 250 in-person participants.

Virtual participation is possible and can take place between November 28th and December 6th

No spectators are allowed, and there is no official bag check.

Online registration is $45/person.
